That guy up there? That's me. I'm 42, but I feel 32. No joke.
How? I took the time to make health fit my lifestyle. I still drink beer while I watch the Browns, and I can't live without 3 cups of coffee per day, but the rest of my lifestyle offsets those indulgences.
There's no magic behind it. I moderate the junk I put into my body, and I exercise five days a week.
You want my cheats? I'm willing to share them.
If you want to have more energy, think clearly, and look good (without feeling like you're on a diet), I'm here for ya.
And we're not going to bust your budget doing it. My wife & I spend less than $120 every week at the grocery store. And it lasts.
Take a look at some of my Working Class Vegan Man columns on the Akronist. You'll find some quick tips in there you can easily use.
Eating healthy doesn't have to be expensive. And it doesn't have to take up time you don't even have. In fact, it'll save you money every week—and you won't have to worry about those health care bills you're embarrassed to talk about.
I've come up with a simple way to help you get healthy. Spend one day with me and we'll get the junk out of your kitchen, stock it with good food (that YOU like), and talk about how to cook a healthy meal.
Just one day.
I'll come to your house and we'll talk about the foods in your kitchen that are slowing you down (and keeping you a little heavier than you want to be). We'll get rid of those.
Then, we'll go to your grocery store (not Whole Foods or some fancy schmancy store) and find food that makes you feel energized and satisfied. Man food.
When we get back to your place, we'll cook it up and I'll show you my "cook once, eat twice" style of cooking so you don't have to spend your whole life in the kitchen.
Cool? Click here to schedule a time to talk, and we'll make plans for your one-day health transformation.
