The bacon craze has hit the vegan community. But we make our bacon with coconut! Here's how.
Heat oven to 350.
Combine liquid ingredients.
Put coconut flakes in a medium-sized bowl and pour liquid ingredients over the top. Mix well.
Spread coconut onto a baking sheet. You can line it with parchment paper if you want.
Bake for 6 minutes, stir, and bake another 7 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Try not to eat all of them at once.
