What I will do is help you moderate things. I’ll help you feel better within your lifestyle, not mine. The point is not to feel controlled, like someone is bossing you around—that crap doesn’t work. We're going to get the junk out of your kitchen, stock it with good food (that YOU like), and talk about how to cook a healthy meal. In just one day. I'll come to your house and we'll talk about the foods in your kitchen that are slowing you down (and keeping you a little heavier than you want to be). We'll get rid of those. Then, we'll go to your grocery store (not Whole Foods or some fancy schmancy store) and find food that makes you feel energized and satisfied. Man food. When we get back to your place, we'll cook it up and I'll show you my "cook once, eat twice" style of cooking so you don't have to spend your whole life in the kitchen. Sound good? Great.
